AIEA does not have a workforce or Salesforce. There is no marketing department. Instead it has a group of people known as the Inner Circle. It meets regularly by Zoom to act as an Advisory Board to the founder and chairman, Mal Walker.
Senior Members as Affiliates
Some of the inner circle members are active in promoting the activities of AIEA, especially to the small business owners that seek AIEA members to fill vacancies in their executive workforce. Being senior members of AIEA, they are ideally placed to talk about the depth of talent in the AIA membership and recommend that a potential employer should contact AIEA for assistance.
If the recommendation results in a successful placement of an AIEA member, the inner circle affiliate receives a 10% Commission on the transaction. It must be noted that the role of inner circle affiliate is not automatic and is by invitation only.
Employers as Affiliates
There is another group of people with the same depth of knowledge and understanding of the AIEA Executive Search methodology. These people are the employers that have successfully employed an AIEA member. Being a satisfied user, their recommendation carries a great deal of weight and they too will receive a 10% share of a successful recommendation.
Supporting a Favourite Charity
Some Inner Circle members do not wish to receive the 10% share and request AIEA
to donate it to a nominated charity.
