AIEA strives to support the Australian business community in a number of ways:

  • Provide recognition of the Interim Executive as a professional business person
  • Represent the interests of the association and its members in dealings with politicians, government authorities, employer groups and other business associations
  • Provide networking and professional development events for the members
  • Promote the skills of the members to prospective employers by regular newsletters, articles and media releases
  • To promote the viability of alternative income streams via a portfolio career
  • Serve the community, commerce and industry by facilitating an on-line introduction facility whereby prospective employers may match their company needs with the corresponding skills and experiences of selected members


AIEA Endowment Grants

In addition to these core objectives, AIEA will offer endowments to identified sectors of the community that will benefit from being part of the AIEA Membership. These benefits are seen as being

    • Networking and Fellowship
    • Mentoring
    • Member access to the Community of the Third Way to develop additional income streams
    • Assistance with preparing for and finding paid employment

The current beneficiaries of the AIEA Endowment Grant are

    • Military Veterans 
    • Graduates of the WIT Board Readiness Program
